Position: Kickback Team (KBT) Project Lead
Location: Little Village, Chicago
Compensation: $15.80/hour | Up to 20 hours per week
About the Role:
TA98 is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our Kickback Team (KBT). As a KBT member, you will play an active role in organizing and executing community events that bring art, sports, entertainment, resources, and opportunities to the vibrant Little Village community. This is a unique chance to make a positive impact while gaining valuable experience in event planning, teamwork, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing community events.
Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
Engage with community members to promote participation and gather feedback.
Help set up and manage event spaces, including art, sports, and entertainment activities.
Distribute resources and information to community members during events.
Represent TA98 and the Kickback Team positively and professionally.
Eligibility Requirements:
Be between 16-24 years old.
Reside in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago.
What We Offer:
Hourly compensation of $15.80.
Flexible hours, up to 20 hours per week.
