
Suited for a Cause (S4AC) bridges the gap between young adults aged 16-24 and meaningful employment by equipping them with essential 21st-century skills. Through hands-on personal and professional development training, S4AC empowers participants to thrive in the workplace, stand out to employers, and build successful career paths.
As an S4AC participant, YOU will:
LEARN SKILLS + BUILD CONFIDENCE
Build and strengthen your resume, prepare for interviews, salary negotiations + promotions, professional apparel, and transportation support.
NEW EXPERIENCES (ACADEMIC + NON-ACADEMIC)
Receive individualized one-on-one coaching and mentorship support during and beyond the 8 weeks of training.
NETWORK
Access a wide network of supports composed of peers, professionals from the workforce, and additional community partners.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Receive employment placement support including Internships, Full-Time, Part-Time, and Volunteer opportunities.
